Refunds and Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase!

We hope you are happy with your cool onesie. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us and request a full refund, store credit, or an exchange – the reason validity is dependent.

The Crib’s General Refunds and Returns Information

The Crib’s refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please report any dissatisfaction within 24 hours to info@thecrib.co.za upon receiving your parcel.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund/exchange the item needs to be returned back to us in an unworn, unused, tags attached, re-sellable condition and strictly within 7 working days.

It must also be in the original packaging.

Exemptions

Several types of The Crib’s items are exempt from being returned. Personalised items (items that have a name or custom text printed on them as requested) such as onesies, bibs, hats, baubles, blankets and socks cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards
Raffle Tickets
Some health and personal care items – if any.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE ON CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS or SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thecrib.co.za and send your item/s to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Seasonal Sales - Delayed Deliveries

While we try our utmost best to ensure all orders are delivered within the specified time frame, there are certain elements that are completely out of our control:

Only once payments have cleared in our bank account, do we begin processing and manufacturing orders. This can take anywhere from 24 hours to 5 business days to produce, depending on the quantities ordered.
We use South Africa’s trusted delivery service – PUDO with The Courier Guy!
For major cities in South Africa, we charge a flat rate of ONLY R60 to have your cool onesie delivered to your door!
Orders are collected from our couriers on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.
Courier dispatching, processing and delivery can range anywhere between 2 to 5 business days for MAJOR Centres only.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the unpredictable load-shedding schedule, please expect delays in order processing.

Where do I place orders?

All orders can be placed online at The Crib.

How do you deliver?

We use South Africa’s trusted delivery service – PUDO with The Courier Guy!

For major cities in South Africa, we charge a flat rate of ONLY R60 to have your cool onesie delivered to your door!

How long do I have to wait?

Generally it takes us 1 day to produce 1 x printed item and up to 1 week to produce quantities of 10. If you need more, chat to us and we’ll work out a timeline

Please allow a minimum of 3 to 5 business days. Once payment is confirmed and has reflected in our bank account, we’ll begin producing your cool personalised clothing and send it off! Delivery usually takes between 3-5 business days.

Our couriers collect from us on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

How can I track my parcel?

Which payment options do you accept?

We use YOCO payment gateway.

If you’d prefer, we also offer the option to pay via EFT.
